The "Expert-Rating" RA recalls (pi)-rating of Delta Bank (Ukraine). Let it be reminded that in March, 2010 following the results of the banks work data analysis for 2009 the Delta Bank was rated by (pi)-rating level B+ on the scale of the rating agency. The given rating means good level of credibility.
At the end of March, 2010 the analytical service of the "Expert-Rating" RA has paid attention to the scandal connected with refusal by Delta Bank to return the deposit of the leading Ukrainian National Insurance Company "ORANTA" in the amount of UAH 130 million. After studying the circumstances of the case and sending a request to the National Bank of Ukraine, the analytical service of the "Expert-Rating" RA has come to the conclusion that the fact of deposit non-return by credit institution, that was publicly notified by the National Insurance Company "ORANTA" did really took place, the bank not having sufficient grounds for refusal in return of monies to the insurer.
