Mission

"Expert-Rating" RA takes an active part in generation of the competitive market of the rating services in Ukraine. We disapprove the practice of obligatory rating, which was held in Ukraine since 2005.

We consider the obligatory rating to be the way to the sags in the development of the country’s financial market that in near future deprives the regulator of important risk identification tool.

Our mission is to take part in creation of transparent and competitive market of rating services. We do not just assign ratings, we help to create the technology of standardized assesment, which exists in civilized world. The objective system of rating combined with the unique distribution channels of information provides our clients with opportunity of not only meeting the requirements of state regulators, but of informing the investors, depositors and insurants about their risks on a regular basis.

Our Rating Agency sets itself the strategic task to convert the rating to the essential attribute of the market. It's possible to perform it only by creating the objective system for the identification of credit, fiduciary and infrastructure risks.

We also seek to provide investors, depositors, financial intermediaries and regulators with qualitative ratings as possible benchmarks for making reasonable decisions.
