March 31, 2016 the rating committee of RA “Expert-Rating” decided to update a long-term credit rating of JSC “UkrSibbank” (09807750) at the level uaAAА according to the national scale. According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 665 from 26.04.2007, the bank or the separate bond instrument with rating uaAAА is characterized by the highest solvency compared to other Ukrainian banks or bond instruments. Making decision to confirm a credit rating according to the national scale, the Agency was guided by the analysis of key results of the Bank's activity within 2015, regular and particular information of the Bank as an issuer, as well as by separate forms of statistical statements of the Bank
for December 2015, as well as for January and February 2016.
