Agency news 21/11/2007 The confirmation of Vesko JSIC rating assessment On November 21 2007 Expert Rating RA has confirmed the assessment of аa- stability rating to Vesko JSIC (uaAA- on national scale), based on overall results of its operating performance during the 9 months of 2007. аa- stability rating means high level of probability that company will resist influence of negative factors. Expert-Rating declares its plan to raise the level of companys stability rating in the nearest future. The cause of revision is the entrance of French AXA insurance holding and Ukrsibbank (member of Paribas BNP) into the structure of companys shareholders. In praesenti the Vesko JSIC stability rating is undergoing the monitoring. The terminal decision on rating grade rise will be taken after analysis of Veskos working data during the 9 months of 2007. Confirmation More ››› 01/08/2007 Expert-Rating RA signed a Memorandum on Cooperation Association of enterprisers and industrialists, providers of goods, services and works for state needs considers the Expert-Rating RA to be an independent and professional expert in the area of financing rating of companies and enterprises and recognizes as necessary the rating estimations assigned by the Expert-Rating RA. Expert-Rating is sure that cooperation with Association will positively affect the level of transparency of State purchases, and will favour the formation of open and transparent mechanism of holding tenders in the area of State purchases. The research included the companies with more than UAH 250 m capitalization, which has passed listing at FSTS and published its accounts in National information disclosure system. More ››› 19/04/2007 UAIB and RA “Expert Rating” cooperation memorandum Ukrainian Association of Investment Business and RA “Expert Rating” have signed cooperation memorandum. UAIB and RA “Expert Rating” have come to agreement about creation of joint project team. It is aimed to create system of ratings which should assist investors in their choice of appropriate asset management companies. UAIB became the first association of professional participants of the financial market, with whom RA “Expert Rating” concluded cooperation agreement.
