December 26, 2011 at the rating committee meeting of RA Expert-Rating it was made a decision about confirming the bond credit rating of BNC, LLC at the level uaCCC. When confirming the rating, the Agency was based on the results of the company activity for the 9 months of 2011. BNC, LLC has got the loss of UAH 4,536 mln. according to the 9 months of 2011. At the same time the company proceeds have constituted UAH 3,698 mln. for the 9 months of 2011 and for the same period of 2010 UAH 4,218 mln. In 2011 the company lacks funds to pay debts. As of 01.10.2011 the company assets have constituted UAH 104,831 mln., while shareholders equity of BNC, LLC has constituted only UAH 5,969 mln. Thus, the coefficient of autonomy has equaled to 5,7%. This indicator demonstrates a low level of the company solvency. There are only UAH 71,4 th. at the companys accounts that also indicates a critically low level of liquidity. The Agency notes that the bond issues of Series A and B of BNC, LLC have all the attributes of a speculative rating according to the results of the company activity during the 9 months of 2011. If we take into account insufficient level of profitability, asset management ratios, low liquidity and capital adequacy, lack of progress in the company sales policy, there is likely to be default on the BNC, LLC bonds. This conclusion explains a speculative level of the rating uaCCC on the bonds of BNC, LLC that is assigned by the analytical department of RA Expert-Rating. The rating report on the bonds, to which the credit rating is assigned at the level lower than uaBB+ according to the national scale, is not a subject to publication and distribution in accordance with rules of rating.
