November 19, 2021 at the meeting of the Rating committee of RA Expert-Rating it was decided to affirm the long-term national Ukrainian scale rating of JSC ALFA-BANK (23494714) (The Bank) at the level uaAAA. Bank or separate bond instrument with rating uaAAA is characterized by the highest solvency compared to other Ukrainian borrowers or bond instruments. On November 19, 2021, the RA Expert Rating Committee decided to update the long-term credit rating of the borrower CARDSERVICE LLC (EDRPOU code 39551837) and the rating of CARDSERVICE Series A and B bonds at uaBBB on the national Ukrainian scale, and to assign a rating uaBBB on the national Ukrainian scale. A borrower or individual debt instrument with a uaBBB rating is characterized by sufficient creditworthiness compared to other Ukrainian borrowers or debt instruments. The level of creditworthiness depends on the impact of adverse commercial, financial and economic conditions.
