Vladimir Dukhnenko, Director of Expert Rating RA Ltd., ph.D

Mr. Dukhnenko is responsible for all researches provided by Rating Agency.

Prior to this position, Mr. Dukhnenko was Editor-in-chief of Financial director magazine, one of the leading specialized magazines in Ukraine. Prior to joining Financial director Mr. Dukhnenko worked at BK-Brock stock company as a financial analyst.

Mr. Dukhnenko holds a ph.D degree from Kyiv Aviation institute and bachelor’s degree in economics from Ukrainian educational centre of management and enterprise.

Vitaliy Shapran, Deputy director, Chief financial analyst of Expert Rating RA Ltd

Mr. Shapran is responsible for treatment and provision of institutional and product ratings to banks, local authorities, real estate firms, industrial companies, utilities, holding and investment companies.

Since 2003 Vitaliy Shapran is an analyst and observer of Russian Polis Information Group and reviewer of foreign capital markets of Russia’s National banking magazine

Mr. Shapran is a regular author of Securities of Ukraine weekly, the edition of Ukraine’s State Securities and Stock market commission, a member of USFA (Ukrainian Society of Financial Analysts), Vice-Chairman of Banking Commission of USFA. Vitaliy Shapran holds a ph.D. degree from Kyiv National Economy University.
