History

On January, 11, 2007, Rating Centre of Expert Ukraine IG was reformed to Expert Rating RA (rating agency) Ltd. Expert Rating RA Ltd. completely answers the Securities and Stock market State Comission’s terms laid to authorized rating agencies.

The Rating Centre project was launched by Expert Ukraine Group on February, 2006. At the beginning of its activity it was a rating department of Expert Ukraine magazine. Later on the department has been transformed to the Rating Centre of Expert Ukraine Group.

The main goal of the Expert Rating RA is to make modern Ukrainian business more transparent and comprehensible to investors and partners. It works to offer comprehensive information and analysis to companies operating in Ukraine, mainly through its ratings, analytical research, informational manuals, and professional conferences.
